A Brief Description of Our Sunday Service

Our Sunday Service begins at 10:00 a.m.

Opening Praise:

We begin with our praise team, and our pianist Karen, leading us in singing praise to our Lord.  The songs sang are selected by our Pastor, and from the requests of our congregation.   Some of these songs are hymns that we grew up with in church, and some of them are more current selections.  From time to time we are Blessed with a short video of Christian inspiration, which gives us a visual Blessing of others singing praise to our Lord.

Psalm 104:33 - I will sing to the LORD as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.

Meet and Greet:

A special time to introduce ourselves to our visitors, special guests in attendance, and express the Blessing of coming together again, to praise the Lord for a week that has been prosperous in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Crosstraining:

A weekly scripture memory verse recited, and expanded by our Pastor.

Praises and Concerns:

A special prayer and praise time, which the congregation has the opportunity to express the numerous praises of our Blessings in Faith.  To share any of our concerns, which we feel requires our Lord to intervene into our lives.

 Walking Through, the Scripture:

Our Pastor selects a specific passage from Gods word, and brings light to the message the Lord, has for us.  Breaking down the verse into words that can be absorbed, and provide enlightenment by the message.

Reading of Scripture Together:

A unique reading by our Pastor and Praise Team of the selected passage.

Praise and Worship:

Our program continues with praise and worship in song, lead by our pianist and praise team.  This leads into our Communion Praise song, a special selection to highlight our communion service, in which we take of the Lord

Communion Praise:

A special song selection to prepare our hearts for the taking of communion.

Communion and Offering:

Each Sunday Communion is offered, in remembrance of the sacrifice that our Lord and Saviour made for all of mankind.  Immediately following is a voluntary opportunity to give back a portion that we have reaped from our Lords’ Blessings.

Luke 22:19 - And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.”

Dismissing Our Youth:

At this time, our Pastor dismisses the youth to go to their classes.  Each class has been tailored to provide a unique study environment, so they may grow in knowledge, and faith.

Sermon (Message):

Presentation of our Pastors selected verses, to break down into detail our Gods’ word contained in His holy book.

Invitation:

A special time to have the opportunity to come forward, for anyone that is ready to commit their life to Jesus Christ or in dire need of Prayers, and have our Elders pray for them.

Closing Prayer:

Thanking our Lord for this special meeting time, along with health and well being, until we meet again.
